Spectropolis projects: WiFi Ephemera Cache by Julian Bleecker
![]() |
About WiFi Ephemera Cache: WiFi Ephemera Cache is like a digital swap meet - an electronic storehouse of other people's shared digital treasures, like music, stories, photos in the form of audio, digital pictures and word documents.
The WiFi Ephemera Cache uses the popular 802.11 WiFi system, so if your laptop or PDA has WiFi capabilities, you'll be able to connect to the Cache, grub through all the ephemera and upload your own digital ephemera for others to forage for. Share your old music files, or scraps of stories or an old photo from summer camp. Every file you upload can be tagged with extra information and attributes to help others sift through all the piles of goodies! |
